How can I check my purchases so that I can find my voucher?

On a computer: Select "my vouchers" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

On a mobile phone: Select 'vouchers' at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the iOS app: Select 'vouchers' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

In the Android app: Select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and select 'my vouchers'.

From the "my vouchers" page of your account, you can also sort your vouchers by expiration date -- this is a convenient way to see which ones you need to use soon or mark a voucher as "used" to remind yourself that you've already enjoyed it!

Purchased by gift voucher but deleted by mistake from the kindle but of course was charged. How to recover it?


it is saved in the cloud at amazon always,you can delete all from the kindle,amazon still has them for you to redownload

An F11 fault code means 'no motor action'. Unfortunately since 31st December 2012, we have been unable to support CR01 and CR02 washing machines with spare parts or servicing. When i pay by paypal a box comes up asking if iwish to claim a voucher and the need for a code number please tell me what the voucher is for and how to get a code number


A voucher is similar to how gift cards work in stores. Basically you can purchase a voucher from paypal and give it to someone else. You should not need to pay through a voucher, and instead should simply click the continue or pay with credit card option.

OK, unfortunately this is an issue which can only be resolved by your service provider. Your service provider has a toll free number, so the call to them will not cost you anything. When you phone the provider you will need to explain to them the situation, and keep the 2 recharge vouchers nearby, because they will ask you the code on the vouchers.

They will be able to determine when the vouchers was purchased, as well as when the voucher was used.

I have 2 Ionic Breeze GP units with 8 year warranty, where do I get warranty work done. They are both not working. I have paper work for warranty. Can you help. pthomasson@hotmail.com
