Unfortunately Google Play services has stopped message appears on my mobile phone . How do I get rid of it as it comes up after every few seconds

Update Google Play Services to the latest version. You can download from here. You may be getting an error because you have a very outdated version or the one you have is having a conflict/bug with the current Android version in your phone.

Clear the Google Play Services cache. The Google Play Services app in your phone acts like a framework for all the Google and Google Play apps installed in your phone. You can try cleaning up its cache and see if that would fix the issue. This worked with one of our team members! Read these quick and easy steps : Go to Settings > Apps.
Scroll to All apps and then scroll down to "Google Play Services" app.
Open the app details and tap on the "Force stop" button.
Then, tap on the "Clear cache" button.

Clear the Google Services Framework cache. The Google Services Framework system app on your Android device stores information and helps your phone sync with Google servers - and keeps your Google Play Services up and running. This could be one of the reasons why you are not able to connect to Google servers using the app and keep getting the error message. Read these quick and easy steps : Go to Settings > Apps.
Scroll to All apps and then scroll down to "Google Services Framework" app.
Open the app details and tap on the "Force stop" button.
Then, tap on the "Clear cache" button. Google Play Services Has stopped message continually popping up on my...

It says "unfortunately google.app s has stop" & after I push ok botton it message pops up again.

It looks like the Google Play Services (if you have a device that require Google Play Services) needs a reboot or you need to clean cache. If you are using google apps in a device that have no Google Play Services, then the apps will crash.
Also, clean the cache, go to settings, storage, and tap at cache data, this will clean the apps cache just in case there is a corrupt log.

What does error message 498 mean

It is a Cache related issue ou can solve it like so.

Method 1: Go to settings>>Apps>>Select "All" tab From the "All" apps list>> Find Google Play Store>> Clear Data and Cache From the "All" apps list>> Find Google Service Framework >> Clear Data and Cache Now restart Google Play Store and try to download/update the app or games.

Method 2: Try a different Gmail account in your Google Play Store. For this: Open Google Play Store Go to settings >> Accounts>> Choose Account or add new account Now try to download or install the app or game.

Method 3: Go to system settings >> Accounts >> Google >> remove your Gmail account From settings >> Apps >>All >> Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager (like in method 1) Again, go to settings >> Accounts >> Google >> Add your Gmail account Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings Run Google Play Store and update or install your app. These methods are common solutions to many android market related problems. Hope you have now successfully downloaded your apps or games from the Google Play Store.

When I try to download an App, I get an ERROR that says: Error retrieving information from server. [RPC-S-5:AEC-0]. How can I get this to download apps?

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.
  1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
  2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
  3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
  4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
  5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
  6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
  7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
Delete data + cache :
Google Play Store
Google Play-services
Google Services Framework
Hangouts
Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

enjoy and have a good day :)

Google play won't load it always says that there: z no connection

Clear the Play Store cache. The Google Play Store app on your Android device stores some cache data on your device which could be one of the reasons why you are not able to connect to Google servers using the app and keep getting the "No connection - Retry" error message. How to fix it? Read the quick and easy steps below:
  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Scroll to All apps and then scroll down to "Google Play Store" app.
  • Open the app details and tap on the "Force stop" button.
  • Then, tap on the "Clear cache" button.
That's it. Now start the Google Play Store app on your phone / tablet and it should load and work absolutely fine!
