My Howard Miller floor clock strikes each hour correctly until 11 or 12 am and pm. Then it strikes one hour behind.what should I do to fix this

If you manually set the time, the chimes will be off unless you wait for the chiming to finish before continuing to turn the hands.
Press the TEST button to get the correct number of chimes in synch with the actual time.

Not a problem, this will be under the main seetings menu.
But I havn'y used it so can't tell you exact so, to know the exact you have to have a look into the user manual.
If you have the hard copy then read it, otherwise get it free from here.

Hi, Obviously you need to roll the time 12 hours ahead. If the watch doesn't receive the Atomic signal properly at first, go to page three of your manual, and try doing it manually following the detailed procedures there.
If you don't have the manual, get it here:
Take the four-digit (3070) module number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
