Question about Cell Phones
I don't have a computer to connect to it, and gives a message that the memory is full. When I turn it on it comes on for 2 mins. And shuts itself off, then restarts.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Under Menu>Contacts>Settings.... Under memory in use, change it to phone and SIM. It will probably ask for a security code which should be in your book, if you haven't changed it, its something like 0000 or 12345 or similar. then you should be able to copy all to the simcard.

This happened to me. My problem was that i had a memory card, and i accidently put the save options for my pictures to my phone memory instead of to card memory. So it messed up my phone.

master reset is best. take the battery out. look for a little white sticker onside the phone. if the stick is white call t-mobile. if the stick is not white you will need to replace the device

Tips for a great answer:

You can do the following:
1 Find the factory software that came with the phone. Connect a USB port from the phone to a computer. Use the software to restore the phone to its previous restore point. This way, you can view all text messages that were present before they were lost.
