Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You may have a really hard time finding one. My only thought would be to buy a "broken" or "as is" i68 and part it.

SOURCE: iPhone 3g Power & Volume buttons aren't working

Hello,
This is probably a hardware problem, even though it started happening after a configuration change.
The part that connects the on/off button and the volumes is the same part. This flex cable connects these buttons (and some other parts) to the motherboard. This cable is frequently damaged when the Iphone is wet.
The good part is that it is a cheap part, and relatively easy to install.
You can find a replacement here:

SOURCE: My cell phone turned off and it won't turn back

Plug the phone into the charger. With or without the battery the phone should turn on when you hold the power button for more then 2 seconds. If the phone does not turn on then you should check with the manufacturer about getting a replacement under the Manufacturer's Warranty.

Tip

Booting Most Android into Recovery Mode (Hard Resetting)

Usually you can boot into recovery mode by following these steps:

  • Turn off you device.
  • Then, reboot by pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously.
  • Keep the buttons pressed for a short while - a few seconds - and then release the same.
  • The recovery mode menu should be displayed.
  • Note: on Samsung branded devices the recovery mode can be entered by pressing the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons at the same time.
But if the procedure from above isn't working for your Android device, then use one of the following methods (the first one is for rooted handsets so be careful and try not to mess things up as you can end up in bricking your smartphone / tablet).

Disadvantages
There are two main disadvantages to rooting and Android phone;

  1. rooting immediately voids your phone's warranty-Once rooted, don't try to bring your phone back for service or warranty work. You are on your own!

  2. Rooting involves the risk of "bricking" your phone-In essence, a "bricked" phone is no better than carrying around a brick in your pocket. The phone is dead when it has been "bricked."

you can unroot it.
Here's some good news: say you do resort to rooting your device. If for some reason you change your mind about it, you can always un-root it. In this case too, it's better you ask for expert help.

Hey i rooted my android tab and its never been the same its stuck on android 3.0.1 can this be fixed?

Rooting a device always has the potential to turn the device into a 'brick' in some circumstances. Most good rooting procedures mention this, as well as steps to make a backup of the current system and how to recover from a failure to boot after rooting. There are also different 'mods' that can be tried to see if one of them will work in place of the one you first chose for rooting. These are all dependent on exactly how Android was modified for your hardware. Google 'rooting' and 'Samsung Galaxy Tab 101 Tablet GTP7510MAyXAR' and see what the articles say. You can also try a hard reset of your tablet and see if that does anything. Wont to jillbrak my lg opimus f7

Your LG is an Android phone and you don't need to jailbreak an Android phone. You can Root an Android phone, but you need a correct program for that. There are NO general android root programmes. Each phone , each model has its own boot rom.
So Google for Rooting my LG optimus f7. Then read all (or at least some) of the pages about rooting.
Be aware you have to do exactly what the firm offering the software tells you to do, Because if you do it wrong, your phone will be bricked. It won't work.

If all that has failed you'll need to do a rom flash.

You will to download Odin 3 software and also the stock rom software for your device. It's not hard, just patients and attention
if you do it right your phone will be back online in no time.
here are some links to get you started. android 4 1 Archives android tracing
Download Odin 3 09
Email me if I can help! You'll be fine just get the right rom or maybe change to jellybean update
