Denon RC-924 SETUP or SYSTEM SETUP buttons and all tuner-related buttons do not work. New battery doesn't make any difference. Lenses at remote and receiver have been cleaned. Moving remote closer to receiver doesn't. Steve M.

SOURCE: Roady XT Transmitter problem
Mine is doing the same as well. Been working for 1 year. Now it starts cutting out while listening. I noticed if it is broadcasting the fm frequency menu is there. The minute it cuts out I press Menu and that menu item is gone. It comes back once the radio starts working again. Mine is 1 year old. I got it Christmas of 2006. I do know that if you have it directly connected then this menu item will not appear and that is by design. I think my xm roady xt has gone bad.
