SOURCE: I have a snow king sno blower HMSK80 ,with a Tecumpsh 8hp,how do I adjust the carb., #1432F6h

If you have an adjustable main jet on your carb. Which is a screw sticking out of the bottom of the carb bowl. And you tried turning it and nothing happened. Then chances are your carbs main jet is just partially blocked. So no amount of adjusting will richen the mixture up. If your snow blower has a few years on it you may also be suffering from poor valve clearance which can sometimes cause erratic operation. A compression gauge will let you know if you are in need of a valve grinding or not. Finally you can try draining your fuel out and getting fresh fuel. Also be sure the fuel doesn't go into any can with old fuel in it. Be safe and good luck!

The choke does not have to be all the way open on a snow blower engine. The choke control has notches or steps for that reason. With the engine running adjust the choke one notch at a time until it smooths out. Once the engine warms up you may have to adjust the choke a notch or two to keep it running smoothly.

I have an arien 8524 snow blower. Is there an air filter on this snow blower as my snow blower will not stay running it only starts and runs for about 20 seconds

Most snow blowers do not have air filters. They tend to clog on these units. Sounds like your issues are fuel related. You may try to flush the system with a product called "Start" from Wal-Mart. You will need to follow the instructions on the bottle and try to keep the unit running long enough to run this cleaner through the system.

Is there a screw on the carb to adjust the air. If there is turn it out a little bit at a time till it runs right.. If that does not work your carb may be dirty.

Have toro 418 snow thrower prime it and starts but immediately stalls can only keep running if I keep pushing the primer button what's wrong

The fuel pickup tube in the carburetor is probably clogged. I don't know how handy you are, but you have to remove the carb, disassemble it and blow out all the orfices with compressed air and possibly run thin wires into the tubes and holes. Good Luck! the last time I had to do this was in the middle of a snowstorm!

Heater blower not working

We would not have cost info since pricing depends on your area.
The blower motor is behind the glove box and the dash does not come out to replace it.
A mechanic would check the blower motor for power and ground, then proceed with testing as necessary. It could be the blower motor, or something electrical. There could also be snow frozen in the housing, or something blocking the motor from running.

My toro snow blower, ccr 3650, will run good for 10-12 min. Then it just stops. No sputtering. It just shuts off. After I wait awhile, it will start again and run for another 10-12 min. What's wrong...

4 stroke engines that do this, sometimes have a problem with the fuel tank venting. If the tank isn't venting correctly, a vacuum will result, and fuel will cease to flow to the carburetor. Make the the fuel cap isn't getting smothered and is able to "breathe." Check the holes in it and make sure it is clean. If snow covers it while operating, occasionally wipe it off. Many people have had this problem in the South in warm weather with their lawnmowers and as puzzling a problem as it is, sometimes this is the simple solution. Clean that fuel tank cap and keep it that way.
