take the battery out and place it back in the phone that usually works i work for sprint customer support not technical support but that seems to do the trick alot it resets the phone if that dont work dial *2 from ur mobile device to call technical support

you need to force it into master resetwith the device off hold volume up and power until you see the samsung logo then let go of power and continue holding the volume up until you see the admin user menu select master reset with the volume control and press the power button to choose it this should help you

Pull the battery. If that doesn't work. Take it back to where you bought the phone. They should be able to get it up and running again. They will probably have to flash the phone. Probably going to cost something.
