I love the machine because it sucks up the dirt but it also sucks up the rug fibers and is clogging the hose. How to I clean out the hose?

Try this - run a strong string with a small weight attached down through the hose. Tie a small rag or a sponge to the end of the string and pull it back through the hose.

My dirt deivl want pick up dirt that well. what is the promblem?

Most likely, it needs to be cleaned out. Change the bag (or clean the dirty cup), change or clean all filters and hoses . Clean the brushes. It probably sucked up some water and combined with dirt it clogs up filters and hoses.

I bought a Kenmore 30012 Quick Clean Vacuum on 7/5/2011 it was working fine till just recently. Its not picking up anything off my rug, I've cleaned the filters, the belt is fine. It was blowing dust...

A clogged inlet. Something is likely clogging the opening where the dirt goes in. Paper, cellophane, or anything else light enough to get sucked in but too large to pass through.

Capture bagless not sucking!

Both ends of the hose will unscrew, allowing you to push out hair and fiber clogs with a broomhandle. There is a coarse filter above the dustcup which will release with a 1/4 turn counterclockwise, allowing you to remove the hair and fiber bundles trapped in the inlet. The filter below the dustcup also tends to clog. Anything more and you have to start getting out the hand tools. bgovan445@live.com
