Guessing here but check the left/right balance pot is working properly and that the left side is not disconnected
if no one else answer , it will be off to a repair shop for a proper diagnosis and quote

B2 Pro left stereo channel is Mute

This is not a stereo microphone. There is no left channel. If you are recording into a stereo input, you need to split the input into two mono inputs, and record each channel as a mono track.

Only the left channel on the whole board works. Is there some part that might be replaced to fix the right channel?

First analysis needs to be done to isolate what can be discovwered before opening the unit. Does the sound appear in BOTH sides of the headphones? There are MANY components that can kill the right side including cracked circuit board. Beyond a certain point one would use an oscilloscope to troubleshoot.

Quiet front R channel on Sony

Does problem persist when you connect other speaker to front right channel? (i.e. when you connect your FL speaker to FR and vice versa)?

The unit has a crossover module that plugs in to the board. The module sets the crossover frequency.

Sounds like the module is loose or needs replaced.

There are many things that could be causing your amp to clip. You could have a blown speaker or your ohm load could be too low for the channel on your amp (This is rarely occurs with highs, just subs) Check each speaker in your car with an ohm meter. They should ohm out to somewhere around 4 ohms. If they don't, the speaker is bad.

No output

Have you tried turning up the vol/gain control? Are all the switches on the amp set for full spectrum output? Are you sure you are using the RCA input and not the RCA output jacks (if it has such)? Check all the switches to be sure they are in the "most default" position. Something you might try, is to make a jumper wire to temporarily jump from the audio input ground to the power supply (chassis of car) ground. If this makes it work then you have a input ground problem in the amp. Good luck. P.S. As for epoxying the trace down on your other amp. If the foil is still in good condition then it should be ok to epoxy it down. If it needs some "help" then do that first, then epoxy.
