Question about Samsung Computers & Internet
This is an unusual situation for a baby monitor.Try the obvious first. Is the camera lens clean ? Little fingers and lenses don't mix ! Use Q-tip and window cleaner fluid to clean the lens. If the problem persists then the unit may have been dropped or knocked and the lens displaced. You'd need to take the unit apart and re-assemble.
At worst you can buy a replacement unit as they are sold separately. The system allows for up-to four cameras to be used simutaneously.
