Question about Home Security
I would retry the steps in the manual to make sure you didn't miss anything. Is it just a manual lock or does it have an electronic key-pad? If its electronic at all could need batteries, it could be possible the rockers inside the lock itself are faulty, worse comes to worse you can return it to the store you purchased it from, get a new one, and try it there in the store to be safe. Good Luck!
