The to register --warranty details and equipment serial number will be on the warranty card that came with the equipment
follow those instructions
google the manufacturers site click on the " contact us" tab , fill out the details and in the comment box type in the equipment details , date of purchase , serial number , model etc and request that it be registered in the company warranty records

Hello, I have a Danby micrwave that is almost exactly a year old and it suddenly just stopped working. Seems to have no power at all, nothing works. Is there a simple fix or is it garbage already? ...

You can check the rear for a fuse. Also check the wall outlet by plugging something else in. If not, then as you say, it is not worth paying for repair.

Danby microwave does not heat food and makes loud constant noise

IF the noise is a sound coming from the oven area, its the megatron tube. Typically, replacing the megatron tube is more expensive than replacing wiht a new unit and a new warranty.

I can't find the registration site for my dehumidifier

If the card doesn't give you their Web address, does it have their phone number?

Otherwise, I'd contact the dealer. The should have contact info for the manufacturer.
