Log in to you Amazon account. Click My Account at the top where you name is.
Then look for Manage My Prime in the third section of the page, and click cancel prime.

I used to have Amazon prime and I received an E-mail that stated I cancelled and when I did it. Good idea to print it in case they ever try to charge you again (that didn't happen to me but always better safe than sorry).
