Please use one of the below Samsung secret codes to format your phone:

There are actually two codes that you can actually use to

reset the password. Below are these codes. Please dial them

up and have the problem solved.
*2767*3855#
*2767*2878#
Through this mean the security code will be reset to 0000.
This will allow you to format the phone easily.
If the problem is same follow another step
Please hard-reset the phone.
Please note that this will erase all data in phone memory and storage memory! It's better to save all your data on a memory card before resetting the phone.

To do hard reset:
Press "Main Menu" > "Settings",
Tap on the "System" Tab,
Tap the "Hard Reset" option,
You can choose the type of memory you want to reset, either Main and Storage Memory.
OR
Just click on "Clear Memory" button to reset the phone completely.
Your phone will be restarted and reset to factory settings.

put the memory card in your mobile and connect it to the pc and take a backup of the data and then format the memory card .
or use java application to recover the password

For S60 1st and 2nd Phones
What should we do if we forget the password? For S60 1st and some of 2nd phones, such as Nokia 3650, Nokia 6600 and Nokia N-Gage, the password is stored in a plain text file.

• Firstly, you need to install FExplorer, a free file manager that allows us to browser through S60 file system.
• Next, launch FExplorer and then browser to c:\system folder. There is a file, called mmcstore.
• Rename the file to mmcstore.txt and then open it. Your password must be several characters at the end of the file.

For S60 3rd Phones, Nokia N-Series and Nokia E-Series
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the password in the latest S60 phones. The only way that I know so far is by reformatting the memory card. It can be done from Memory Card application by selecting Options | Format memory card menu. Of course, you will lose all your data in the memory card…
