SOURCE: whirlpool LSR7233EQ0 Washer Leaking

just pull it off.on the control panel you will see two screws on the front or back back them out as far as you can then pull the control panel slightly forward then flip it back there are two gold clips on the body of the washer with a screw driver holding the handle pointing toward the back pop the two clips off but remember how they go as it can be tricky putting them back on if you don't then tilt the washer at about 45 degree's and pull it forward disconnecting any wires you see then take the body of the washer off and you can start working you will need a special wrench to get the tub block nut off or a small pipe wrench and hammer will do can get wrench fairly cheap at an appliance parts store now when you put washer cover back on tilt to 45 degrees and look down .the front of washer goes under frame and the sides go on top there are two rectangular slots that fit on tabs on the frame look close and you will see

SOURCE: water leaks during final spin cycle only

Hi,
The first thing to do is get the machine up off the floor onto a base that allows you to slide under machine on your back with a flash light. Make sure whatever you decide to lift machine up onto is very stable and durable. Bricks, blocks, or a utility cart maybe. You need to look under machine to see where the leak is coming from. You want to make sure it is not going to fall on you. The machine is not that heavy, just awkward to lift or move because of it's size. So, you could slide something under each corner, one at a time, or ask a friend to help lift it onto a base. Now you are ready to go. Don't worry, this is really easy.
Get a towel, flashlight, and start machine on a small load with shortest cycle set.(probably delicate). After you start machine, slide under and and try to find where water is leaking from. The pump is going to be a plastic circular shape thing with ridges on outside. Probably dead front center and attached to motor. If water is leaking anywhere from plastic circle thing, then this is your problem. BUT, also follow all the black hoses that are under machine. Sometimes leak can be a cracked hose or loose attachment. That is real cheap and easy. The hoses are attached with metal ring deals. You take a pair of channel locks or big pliers and squeeze them to open. There are 2 or 3 hoses that attach to pump that will need to be removed if this is where leak is coming from. Then, the pump is only attached with metal clips that you pull out to release pump from motor. No tools needed. Take the pump to sears or local appliance shop and I guarantee they will have replacement.

If it's a roaring noise, the tub bearing is probably wearing out. Spin the tub a little with your hand, if you hear a little of the roar, that's it.

I have an LG model WF-T7015TP Turbodrum top-loader automatic washing machine. Having problem in that the drum does not agitate to and fro during the washing cucle. It's draining fine and even spin-drying...

check the agitator module unit and the start capacitor both in the back of the control panel One controls the agitation and the other starts the motor. If the start capacitor is failed simply replace it with a new one The agitator module will cost more . Have an appliance electrician check it out.

Wtw6600 washer has UL code and has trouble agitating and spinning.

The UL code means Unbalanced Load. Open the lid and move your clothes around so they are distributed evenly. Your spin cycle will then work normally.

I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis He. During the final spin cycle the load becomes unbalance and the drum beging jumping up and down until the UL code is displayed, this happens on every load except when empty...

UL = uneven load.

Re-distribute clothes and re-try.

If still no-go... the load balance sensor is likely to blame.

My hotpoint future fza34 is leaking from underneath

you need to get to the back of fridge and ul notice a tray full of water ontop of the compressor. remove tray and empty water out. when replacing v important to make sure it is sitting level on compressor again.

there is also an underlaying prob here, maybe alot of condensation on shelves also??

ensure doors are closing properly and saels are in good shape, also avoid putting warm food in fridge and make sure liquids are covered. this should stop tray filling with water and leaking

Ul code about 10 to 15 seconds into spin cycle machine is level code comes up even if i run it empty

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. UL is displayed when the machine/motor control detects an off-balance load, and is steady on while the washer runs a mini-cycle to rebalance the load.
• Display clears if mini-cycle successfully rebalanced the load.
• If the mini-cycle is unsuccessful, uL will flash until the door lid is opened, allowing the customer to view and redistribute the load. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

LEAKS AND SQUEAKS

If you suspect the leak is from the main drum seal.
To remove the agitator, remove the softener cap by pulling, look inside the agitator, undo the bolt (4) with long socket extension and then lift out.
5e90500.jpg Not sure if you can see the seal ("O" ring at this point, you may need to remove the inner drum.
Isolate the supply.
Lift the top cover by inserting a flat blade approx 4" in at each side at the front to release the two top clips, top cover will lift and hinge backwards out of the way.
To remove the top ring (13) from the drum, unclip each clip around the top untill released, then remove.
to remove the inner drum (10) , unbolt (7) from the inside, lift out inner drum.

Seal (1) should be visible.
