There is a screw that holds the needle in place. You need to loosen that screw, but do not remove it completely or drop it. If there is a piece of the needle still in the machine, remove it but pay attention to which direction the flat side faces! Insert a new needle (make sure it is facing the correct direction), push the needle up as far as possible and tighten the screw.

How to put a thread cutter in husqvarna viking desinger se sewing machine

I believe the plastic cover (gray?) toward the end of the arm (left of the needle plate) is removable by prying (gently) on the front edge and sliding toward you. Unless the cutter is broken, you should be able to figure out how itall fits back together.

Thread wont loop, it doesn't sew?

It loops, it's just that your shuttle isn't catching the loop. The loop is formed on the upstroke of the needle on the back or "scarfed" side of the needle. If the shuttle point doesn't catch that loop, no stitch.

First make sure you have a fresh needle. If still no stitch... take it in for service. (clean, lube and time)

The needle threader on my Brother SE 350 fell off and I need to know how to put it back.

I had the same problem with my new machine and they sent me one for free, you only have to slide it on and line it up with the needle eye, If nothing is wrong with yours, just try it.

I have a Disney Brother SE-27OD Embroidery Sewing Machine When I am doing the embroidery the needle comes out I put it in as tight as possible but it keeps happening from time to time.

Make sure you have the flat part of the needle to the back when putting it in and that it's (preferably) a Schmetz embroidery needle with the red band either 75 or 90 or a Schmetz universal 80. Make sure when you install it you can see the top of the needle in the needle slot and all the way up so it's hitting the post before you turn the screw tight. Check the screw each time you sew to make sure it hasn't shaken loose from embroidering.

My Disney Brother SE-27OD Embroidery Sewing Machine/trouble

Make sure that your needle is put in the correct way, there is a groove in the front of the needle, check with your finger nail, this is usually to be facing you, and make sure the thread is going through the tension holder correctly do not have the foot down when you are threading the machine,as this stops the thread from going through the needle tension holder.

I've broken something!!!

I think you will have to take it to a repair person. They can either fix it by putting it back together or if you need parts, they will do that .. it won't be cheap unless you are still under warranty. Best to take it to an authorized repair/ dealer.
