MyLV-1927P is not playing DVDs. It loads than unloads. Any suggestions.

Depending how old it is or the usage ,it can be the laser eye ,try using a lens cleaner ,there are cleaners that clean burr burning a higher beam to the lens, I personally don't like that one use the on with the brushes on the cd cleaner and use the 90 and above percent alcohol and dab a little with a qtip on the brushes then put it in and clean it, if that doesn't work ,it can be you laser eye needs replacing, also note many new recording formats are stressfull to these older cd/dvds try using and original clean blue or regular dvd to see what happens, many time these computer recorded dvds always have problems , good luck

My shop was closed for 6 weeks during Christmas and New Year period ie half of my business period did not have any electricity consumption. However, my electricty usage was the same as the previous...

you did not mention what sort of business you run
if it has commercial fridges or cool rooms , they still use power
if it was a book shop the power consumption would be about 90% less as all that would be running is the security lights and security systems
smart meters can be circumvented so get in a qualified electrician to check that power is not being stolen and then get in a lawyer

It is fully charged the green light confirms that but when I turn it on the lense pops out the camera beeps and shuts off comnpletely.

The batteries are at the end of their life. You see, the rechargeable batteries use two chemicals that constantly interact with each other to store electric energy. However, after prolonged usage, the two chemicals are not balanced any more so the batteries start to be able to store less and less charge, until they are unusable. Just replace them and you will be good to go.

when you plug it in to the usb cord charger, and then plug it out, it turns because it maybe does not have enough energy to keep it running to your standard. so, when plugging it into the computer, if charging, leave it plugged in, and too find out the amount of energy left in it, go to start, then my computer, left click on where it says sansa clip 2GB, and click propoerties, and it will state the amount of percent charged, then thats tell s you to keep it in longer
