I have the Alcatel one touch fierce xl 5054n and it is stuck on a soft brick.how can i get the stock firmware becsuse the links on google sre dead

have you checked in settings in sounds & notifications then check to see if there is call settings .

You can do so by going to Call Settings from the Settings Menu.
