Point is: 99.9 % you loose your stuff by hard-resetting! So Backup first (if you can)
a) get yourself a paper-clip or equivalent (no needle !)
b) plug your tab into the el. net with your charger, (make sure charging led lights on); turn device on by pressing "on" on the device;
c) look @ your irulu, mine's got a dedicated "RESET" hole between the USB port and the earphone outlet; It's a small 2mm hole.
d) poke the paperclip softly into the reset hole until you feel da "click"; keep it pressed for a little over one minute, release the clip and wait for the device to reset and reboot;
e) Setup your device> date, time, usr name, password If that does not work, contact your seller, try to ask nicely for help; kindness makes the world go round and does wonders; they are happy to help;
