These are usually only available to certified apple repair people.
However here is a link to some online third party repair guides:

Ibook power plug A184 not working

It probably the board itself. I had a problem like that with an old powerbook. If youre handy go to Mac Repair Mac Parts and Service for Apple Macbook iPhone iPad (well, click on the hypertext). They have videos that show you step by step how to get to that board. You can buy a replacement board from them, but i suggest ebay, theyre always the cheapest.

Water spilled onto ibook g4. Harddisk works fine but some keys on keyboard does not work. Any solutions please?

keep it in a warm dry place for a day.if that doesn't help i would assume your keyboard is broken and somebody has to open the ibook and replace the part. If you want to pay to have somebody do it for you there is a third party ibook Repair Service. However, if you want to do it yourself, the part is available on ebay. Here's an ibook Repair guide. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you.

Sometimes my ibook display comes on sometimes not. If it does come on the computer freezes during boot up, if it does not come on the computer boots up ok but no display?

You have the famous GPU problem. The graphics processor has broken solder joints. You can repair the problem by reflowing the GPU chip or puttin a shim on it to put pressure. Here is an Macbook Repair Guide that shows how to open a Macbook. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Macbook Repair.

MacBook won't recognize my Lacie Rugged Hard Disk. Disk utility will see it but won't verify it nor will it repair it. says it needs to be reformatted yet it won't even let me initialize it. it is brand...

Is your MacBook as fast as the Lacie Rugged Hard Disk is?

Because solid state drive wasn't available on MacBook Pro at the initial time when it launched. Hard drives on all current Apple laptops are equipped with Sudden Motion Sensor technology. In fact, the Apple laptops that came with Sudden Motion Sensor are: All Intel-based Apple portables such as the MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, PowerBook G4 computers starting with PowerBook G4 (12-inch 1.5GHz), PowerBook G4 (15-inch 1.67/1.5GHz), PowerBook G4 (17-inch 1.67GHz), and iBook G4 computers starting with iBook G4 (Mid 2005) have Sudden Motion Sensor technology. You MacBook may not have come with that technology that could be the reason you are unable to connect it.

My ibook doesn't want to charging and what should I do? if I want get fix, how much it would be? Thank you.

Test your charger with somebody elses iBook First, if that's not the problem, probably your DC-In module. An alternative way is always try to repair it yourself. There are Mac Repair Guides that show how to open an Macbook. Watch out for the ribbon cables, those tear easily. Replacement parts are usually available on Ebay. There are third party services that can do it for you, like Mac Repair NYC.

I have an iBook G4 with Mac OS X version 10.4.11 and it does not have multi-touch functions. When I looked at the mouse and keyboard options there was not a "all horizontal scrolling" options or anything...

As far as I know, the scrolling feature was not added until the MacBook. So the iBook is out of luck, unless you can find in a hardware description. They just don't see two finger presses. That would be why you didn't find it in the Trackpad Preferences. I like the feature on my MacBook and miss it on my Pismo, the only G3 to take 10.4.11 but sadly not 10.5. -Ken

Cracked keyboard

Are you sure it's a macbook and not an ibook? The macbook has an embedded kebboard. It's ribbon cable and connectors are inside of the laptop as opposed to the ibook, which is installed on the top case. The Ibook did have issues with the clear or green ribbon cable squeezing up from under the right side.
