Screen damaged after being dropped white Black Colouring On Screen When Turned on

Here are the prices for two screens for this model. How much you pay for labor depends on whether you do it yourself or take it somewhere. I usually would charge $75 and up for labor for any screen replacement.

I HAVE A MATSUI 28WN20 CRT TELEVISION AND ITS COLOUR HAS TURNED REALLY WEIRD. FOR EXAMPLE BLOOD SPLATTER COMES UP AS GREEN AND ALL THE REST OF THE COLOURS YOU SEE ARE ONLY PURPLE AND GREEN .

Hi, this sounds like your TV needs De-Gaussing, the screen has become magnetised and the electrons being fired at the screen are being diverted or scattered and mixed to the area's that are magnetised creating the odd colours, what you need is a de-gaussing coil, you can wave this in a pattern to de-magnetise the screen thus allowing the electrons to flow properly to the screen, it may also be the PTC on the tv's PCB near the mains input, if this is faulty the tv's own degaussing coil may not operate properly, you local TV technician maybe able to help with this as the part is specific to the TV, they maybe able to degauss it too for a small fee.

Here's a better expaliation ---> CLICK HERE <---- it shows a circular pattern here but there are many kinds of pattern magnetism can create but the colours are nearly always the same just in different places witn different strengths.

Hope this helps.

Odd colour in game and then no graphics next time u switch on

This i have seen before and it tells me the machines is displaying the signs of lead free solder failure (85%sure). you could strip the machine down and replacing the x-clamps at the same time do the heatgun fix if you dont have access to an IR oven.
To me it will just get worse and will definately need the x-clamps replacing AND the solder re-seating.

hope that helps in some way

Colors are way off on my screens

umm, im not trying to state the obvious but, have you checked that the colour setting is 32 bit colours (right click-properties-settings-colour quality)? also make sure that the correct drivers are installed for your monitor and GPU (graphics card). check that they are also up-to-date. also check the actual screen menu and make sure the colours are good, fidle around with them (RGB) until they are better (last resort!!!). about the printer...i have no idea!!, check out the properties when coming to print to check its not set as one colour, usually under the colour tab (for some odd reason hehe). check that the colours are equal and that certain boxes aren't ticked, i.e grayscale etc!. hope this kinda helps!
