Have you tried tapping on the starter then trying to start the vehicle may be a bad spot in starter usually if no sound when trying to start and new battery will mean the starter is no good . Starter can be found by following the positive cable off the battery.

1997 toyota Rav4 2L will not turn over or start, no clicking sound when turning the key! battery and wires are good and ignition relay switch has been replaced, lights and radio work

Did you check for power going to the starter. could be a connection on that side of things. should be able to pull starter and jump batt to it to see if gear pops out and spins.

Wont Start

The first thing is always to check the battery and it's connections, make sure they are tight and there is no corrosion on the terminals, try to jump start with another vehicle
