F12 function key doesn t work

Function keys are special keys used for assigning program shortcuts and specialty tasks to the keyboard.
They are located at the top of most keyboards and labeled "F1" through "F12."
Some keyboards may only feature 10 function keys, while others may have as many as 18. These keys often go unutilized by the average computer user, but they may have very important tasks for some users, which can lead to problems when the keys do not respond.
Fixing nonresponsive or malfunctioning function keys is quite simple, and should only take a few minutes.

Connect your keyboard to your computer, and power it up.
Open a program that uses the function keys such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. Check your keyboard for an "F-Lock" or "Function Lock" key.
This key is used to toggle function-key support; when it is toggled on, the function keys will not work.
Press the "F-Lock" key and then try using a function key in the selected program. "F1" is a good key to test, because it is set to open a "Help" document in all Microsoft software.
If the key does not work, press the "F-Lock" key a second time, and test the keys again.
If the keys still do not work and you are running the Windows 7 operating system, you may need to install a "hotfix" from Microsoft to fix the key functionality.
Navigate to the link entitled "Microsoft Support: Some Function Keys do not Work Correctly." (See Below.)

Click on "View and request hotfix downloads" located beneath the title of the article to access the Microsoft Hotfix database.
Agree to the terms and conditions, then download the hotfix.
When the download is finished, run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
You may need to restart your computer after the installation is complete.
Your function keys should now work properly.

DiNovo Edge space bar and "n" key do not respond

I have the same problem with my dinovo after 2 years of usage, and i have found a temporary fix.
The temporary fix is to connect the dinovo to another computer and then hammer the keys vigorously, prefferably if dragging your finger over the keys, the keys will then start funcion immediately. Then connect dinovo to the first (main) computer again, and here the keys wont function, but after hammering them again vigorously it also starts working again here. However this is a temporary solution and the problem will probably reocurr. Notably hammering the keys on the first (main) computer wont yield any results even after long time of hammering without the second computer-lockup. Signalerror from logitech to specific computer? If there was dust this would never work on other computer so fast, and the error would not reocurr after being fixed.

The immoboliser light flashes when the key is turned?

this is how the immobiliser system works........you have a remote,it has 2 codes, one is fixed, one is random, the random code changes every time you lock the car,and this is the code the car reccognises to open/start the car.the fixed code is for simple key reccognition.the key has a magnet inbuilt that has a fixed code that matches the remotes fixed code.if you use a wrong key,the car will start, then die.the flashing light on the dash is a warning that the key code is weak and COULD cause a malfunction.use your spare keys and if the light still flashes you may need to have the keys recoded.(NO. YOU CANT DO THEM YOURSELF as the VW computer diagnostic computer has to match then reccognise the key to the car.) thats why when reseting the keys/car after a battery is changed you must go through the set/reset as shown in the handbook(that nobody seems to own).
