Only if you registered the item with dyson for warranty but they may require the receipt for proof off purchase date for service

My dyson V6 stick does not hold a charge. It kicks out after a few seconds. The item is 2 years old. I purchased it in Lowes

You will need to replace the battery pack (or recycle and buy another) unless you are in Ireland where you have a 6 year guarantee and can get the shop you bought if from to arrange repair or replacement. Proof of purchase is required but not necessarily the receipt.

I purchased my V6 last week at Target. It will not take a charge. I've tried different outlets in my home. I'd like a replacement. Please tel me how to obtain one.

Mary, with your receipt return it to place of purchase, go to their courtesy/service/returns desk and tell them you would like an exchange or replacement.

HELP!!dyson vacuum only 2 years old model DC18 runs but has lost suction on the wand side of the vacuum does anyone have any suggestions for us??

its the ball cradle assembly. There is a little clip that changes the direction of the suction. that clip breaks all the time and causes the internal direction valve to stay in one position. unfortunately dyson doesnt sell these parts separate, you will have to purchase a new cradle assy. let me know if you need a part #
