Then you probably either need to clean that bearing assembly up or go to an appliance parts center and take the model number with you and purchase a new bearing and pulley assembley.. Also check for worn belt.

Testimonial: "Thanks. I think your suggestion is spot-on!"
It means Low Level. Your water level is too low. Your machine isnt filling up properly or the water is being siphoned out as it fills which means your drain is lower than your water level. or your drain does not have an air lock in it any more.

Testimonial: "This model does not have a direction control relay nor a reversing module as was suggested by someone else. The reverse agitation is controlled by the mother board. I was advised to upend the machine, locate and remove the main drive cog and lubricate the spring inside which can cause this problem. Upon inspection I became curious as to why this spring loaded lever-arm was hanging just next to the main cog but not touching it, the arm seemed to have something missing off the end of it as there was provision for some sort of bracket or attachment but nothing was there. I took photo's and headed off to the local spare parts and repair shop. He took one look and said the "Clutch Paul" was missing. $15 for a new one, fitted it myself, machine fixed working perfectly, job done."
