Hello i bought a 65 inch smart samsung tv less than a year ago at sears my hdm plug does not work on it wonder if it is under warranty

If set is less than a year old it is covered by warranty. Otherwise it is gonna cost more than what you want to pay for a relatively new set!

sound like you have samsungs dlp white spots plague, which just gets worst. samsung are aware of the problem, so you need to get in touch under the warranty.

Hi Ian unable to switch on my samsung smart tv purchased less than 2 weeks ago, only hear a clicking noise like when you first switch on with remote. Any ideas ?


You should call 1-800-samsung and they will tell you what to do or who to call to get it repaired under samsungs' warranty. It sounds like the power supply board is defective.

We just bought the tv a few weeks ago and we are now on our 2nd cable provider. The tv will work for varying amounts of time and then the picture will shut-off but there is still audio. At first it was on...


My advice is to get a new hdmi cable.. This happens to be a problem alot of times when it comes to picture, Go to your nearest best buy and get a Audio Quest hdmi cable 1.4 .. these cables are 3d ready and will be able to handle anything. Is problem continues contact samsung , would should still be under their 1year warranty.. Hope this helps.

I beleive that your Microwave has a 1 year warranty. Since you did not provide a model number I can not verify that. Having said that you should visit the Samsung website and make sure your Microwave is registered using the link below before calling for warranty service other wise they will refuse the warranty service request.

You can call them at: 1-800-726-7864 and find out also. (
I think the internal fuse has failed but.. if it is infact "in warranty" Let the service provider do it for you for free. I did in home warranty service for 40 years and you have to go through the hassle of making the call and getting an authorization number.

If it is not in warranty I am certain that Sears can service it for you.

Yeah same thing happened to my aunts it sounds like it is going out. Yes it is a relatively young T.V but i may just be the manufactures defect see if you can find the warranty on it they usually have a 1 year or 2 year warranty.
