Question about Philips SA3025/37 Flash MP3 Player
It wont turn on i have it connected to the computer and its charging but when i dissconnect it it dont turn on please help
HI. if you can actually see the charging meter moving as if it is attempting to charge as normal and, the device will not hold a charge, this will confirm Battery damage. there is a cell inside of the unit that is designed to hold the charge for a normal power cycle. in most cases, this cell(battery) will only have up to 1600 hours of charge time. once this charge time is reached, the cell will not be able to continue to hold a proper charge, in return, rendering the cell useless.
You will need to replace the actual battery in this case. this will fix this issue.
