If audio is OK, the fault would be with its back-light inverter. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

Most power inverters require the vehicle to being running to operate, and make sure it's the correct wattage, if it's a small watt inverter it doesn't have enough power, as a coffee machine is considered higher wattage, hope that answers your question ?

A few questions: Does this problem remain even when there is at least a 10+ watt load on your system? is your Magnum in a hot environment? Does your inverter feel extraordinaryily hot? Have your batteries outlived their lives? Have you cleaned all the connections? Even if they 'look' like they don't need it?

The Invicta Atomic 4048 is "discontinued", and Invicta is not very helpful. They do NOT offer an instruction manual for the 4048, because it's discontinued. You can call Invicta at 800-327-7682 then you have to ask for "Melvin" who only works until 1PM eastern time. OR you can do the following:
Hold down the 8 0'clock button until it flashes, select 12hour or 24hour preference, use the button at 4 o'clock to select your time zone (GMT) The watch should reset itself to your GMT time.

If you can checked LCD Inverter Board & Micom Board.Most of Inverter board is defective.

It is bad out of the box. either take it back or email whoever sold it to you and get a new fan. You should not have to pay for a new one.
