ou can contact Facebook by email email@example.com, explain your situation, and hope for the best. Your Facebook profile does have a security question, so I recommend that you include that question and answer when you grovel. But with millions of members, I would not expect a speedy response. I'd even suggest that you repeat your request if you haven't heard back in a day or two.

It could be that you are checking some other email account , instead of the one that you had originally used while creating an account on the website.
Also you can alternatively try the other methods for resetting the passwords like answering security questions, or calling up the service provider in case you are using hotmail.
