You need to inspect the ground.Where it connects to the machine, and at the end. I bet one of the connections or the wire itself is damaged.

Very little power at wire

try to use bare .032 wire and co2 shielded gas, If the equipment does not have a gas solenoid you may have to wire a solenoid to the trigger mechanism to get the gas to flow while the wire is feeding. The bare wire usually copper coated burns much hotter than the flux core when there is a gas shield. Also a .032 bare wire with a gas shield burns a a lower amp range and will get better penetration.

You may have to experiment with the feed rate and gas flow to get the correct setting, but the bare wire has a lot less resistance to current flow than the flux core and will burn a lot hotter when you use a gas shield.

At 115 vac there is not a lot of amperage left to create an arc and run the feeder and the rest of the unit , and the flux core wire takes a lot of amperage to burn both the wire and the flux . .

It won't arc without wire in it. If the motor runs then there may not be enough tension on the feeder wheel to push the wire thru. If you had a bad kink in the inner liner it will not feed. The trigger switch in the handle applies arc voltage to the copper nozzle. It may be bad or have a broken wire.

My little 110 mig welder is arcing without trigger pulled

i believe that the trigger only send out the wire and does not control the arc the tip should be live as long as the welder is on

Wire doesn't feed and I cannot get an arc

Fist look and check the contact tip. ensure the tip is the correct size for the wire being used as well as the wire feed rollers. the contact tip is were the wire collects the power,
If it's only 3 day's old send it back, dont star strippin it down or you Garantee will be made invalid.

Solar welder 2175 wire keeps feeding wont stop doesnot arc until trigger is pulled

Look on the front pannel. thier should be a "latching Switch" indicated by "4 X 2" little arrowes. The 4 is " pull the triger -- the release the arc continues, the "2" is pull the trigger and the arc startes release the trigger the arc stops simplesssssssss

No arc, fan works,wire feeds.......ect.

wityh what little imfo you gave I would first go to the main contactor ,turn unit on pull gun trigger see if the contactor pulls in.that is where primary power comes from to create arc.

The wire feed on my welder will not work.

Maybe you can get lucky like I did . Some times the acr volt selector switch gets corrosion in it and wont let the circuit board know to send power to the wire feed motor. You can cycle this arc volt. switch in my case it is the a,b,c,d,e, switch back and fourth a few times and this will brake the corrosion and your wire might feed again as mine did . This corrosion build up happens from not using and or sollecting the switch much usually on a welder at hm that gets very little use. it is common good luck .

WIRE FEED BUT NO ARC

Turn off welder, unplug and press trigger to discharge any possible stored juice. Then, open side door and check the ground cable where it connects inside, it sounds like either ground or the hot is off. Once you determine those are both securely attached, close door, plug in power on, attach ground clamp to test piece off metal and try it again. Let me know if this helps! Thanks:)
