Internet banking is being managed by your bank, Capitec I presume in this case.
Look online for customer support and place a call. Probably you will need to come to an office of the bank to identify that it is really you who is owner of your bank account.
After that you will be send a new login.

so for example :-
you want to send money to a friend in another state
their bank is anz or what ever you enter bsb of that bank (can be obtained by googling that branch bank)
branch bsb 011-123
then you put in friends account number --0123456
then their name --santa
then the amount $100.00
then your password for your account and send
done
if unsure go to your bank and they will set up the system for you and explain how it is done

Every bank has a different process but in outline you:
1 go to your banks web site.
2 identify yourself in their login process, typically by entering your account details and some personal information that they can verify as belonging to you.
3: register an email address with them.
The bank will confirm the email address by sending an email to you using that address.
4: Use the link sent to you in the same email to access the banks internet banking site and set a password for your login.

Like I said all banks processes will be slightly different. You can get specific help and even have them set it all up for you if you go into one of your banks branches.

you need to verify you bank account to be able to send money... paypal will send a small amount of money into your bank with a reference against it.. you will need to key this reference number back into paypal to authorise the bank account.

if you have online banking you should be able to do this in a few minutes. if you dont have online banking you will have to wait until you bank statements are sent to you.
