Perimeter of a rectangle

1 tile by 20 tiles - perimeter of 1+ 20 +1 + 20 = 42
2 tiles by 10 tiles - perimeter of 2 + 10 + 2 + 10 = 24
(can't make a rectangle with 3 rows)
4 tiles by 5 tiles - perimeter of 4 + 5 + 4 + 5 = 18
5 tiles by 4 tiles - perimeter of 5 + 4 + 5 + 4 = 18
(can't make a rectangle with 6, 7, 8 or 9 rows)
10 tiles by 2 tiles - perimeter of 10 + 2 + 10 + 2 = 24
20 tiles by 1 tile - perimeter of 20 + 1 + 20 + 1 = 42

So 6 different rectangles. Smallest perimeter is 18.

In a game of Mahjong is it better to discard tiles in front of you or mix them with the other players' discarded tiles?

There are different opinions about where you should place your Mahjong discarded tiles, whether in front of your other tiles or in the middle of the table, mixed with the other players' discarded tiles.
I personally believe that placing them in front of each player makes the game easier and more enjoyable. Because everyone has his or her own discarded tiles in front of them, the other players can see what each person has discarded and what not. Therefore, according to which suits are missing from the discarded piles, it is easier to understand which tiles each person is hoping to use to create their Mahjong and therefore it's possible to decide if it's a good idea to discard a specific tile that might allow a different player to win.

CAN YOU PLEASE SUPPLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR JUNIOR SCRABBLE

1 Open the game board and spread it out on a flat surface. Have each player draw seven letter tiles from the "kitty" or box of tiles. Once each player has drawn these tiles, flip a coin or think of some other way to decide who goes first. 2 Try to use the letters that you have drawn to make the words that are on the Scrabble board. Scrabble Jr. does not have spaces for different words, as it is intended for those who are just learning how to read and spell. 3 Make a word on the board, then add up the points on the letter tiles. Record each player's score on a piece of paper. When a player uses his tiles, he can grab new ones from the kitty. 4 Return tiles for replacement ones. If a player does not use any tiles during their turn, they can replace them before relinquishing their turn to the next person. 5 End the game when every word on the Scrabble board has matching tiles on it or the tiles in the kitty run out. Count up the points and declare the winner.

How do you remove wall tiles

Follow following steps -

1.Decide where to remove the grout
2. Scrape the grout away with a utility knife
3.Try a rotary grinder instead.
4.Remove grout until the spacer lugs are visible.
5.Chisel tiles away from the wall.
6.Break the tile if necessary.

If the tiles are grouted, you will have to clear the grout away first. There are inexpensive tools designed specifically for grout removal. After removing the grout, use a small pry bar or a similar tool to pry the tiles away from the wall. Most likely, though, if the tiles were installed onto drywall, the drywall will be damaged during removal. Fortunately, drywall is relatively easy to replace. Once the drywall surface is ready, new tiles can be attached with tile adhesive or mastic. Regrout and seal the tile around the new tiles. *If the new tiles are natural stone they will be very porous and will need to be sealed and dry BEFORE installation.

I have a junior scrabble game without any instructions. How do we play it?

Need to replace the tile in front of the fireplace

More than likely, you will need a grout saw to remove the grout are the individual tiles you need to replace. the using a flat bar, carefully try to pry the tile up to see if it will simply pop out. I would set a towet or padded object on the edge of adjacent tile to prevent chipping those tiles. If the tile pops out, you will need to scrap out all remaining mortar to create a smooth surface again so when you replace the tile, it will be level with the surrounding tile.
If a large area of tile needs to be replaced, there are automatic scraper machines that can be rented at some Home Depot stores or may be available for rent at carpet retailers that sell tile.
The main point to remember is that all mortar, tile pieces, and grout are removed and the surface is smooth and clean. Even the smallest chip of tile can cause future cracks if the tile is unlevel when pressure is applied.
Hope this is the type of information you were requesting and that it helps.
