What type of tire are you using? How tight have you set the tire on the unit? Make sure you tire is inflated to it max level and only tighten the wheel against the tire until when you jerk on it it doesn't slip. Heat on these units is normal from use.

SOURCE: Skewer is missing from used Blackburn Tech Mag 6

I don't see a skewer supplied with the trainer. If the mechanisms for securing the bike axle are intact you can use your original skewers. I'd look at how well they mate before committing though, especially if your skewer is after-market or proprietary design. The old school chrome skewer with a rounded head is the best. The first one shown here is the universal design.

Sounds as if it is not ventilating the heat properly, which is causing a safety mechanism to be triggered to shut down the microwave in order to save the motor.
The vent could be blocked, the fan/fanswitch went out, or the heat sync is no longer properly transferring heat. Depending on the age the solution would to call a repair man or replace the microwave. And never use microwave without anything inside of it.

How to increase resistance on Blackburn Tech Fluid Trainer? I know it is supposed to increase with rpm's, but I am not a strong rider and I just rode 90 minutes in my biggest gear with only moderate...

Fluid trainers work by providing resistance that increases as your effort increases, much like riding on the road. There is not a switch or lever to increase the resistance with this specific trainer. So in short you have to put in a bigger effort to get more resistance. Putting in more effort and increasing your Cadence (rpm's) will provide a harder resistance and will decrease your duration attainable. This is OK. One of the benefits of using a trainer is that you can get more accomplished in less time.

Do i remove the chain to attach and mount the bell motivator bike trainor?

No, you wouldn't get much resistance from the pedaling.

As you can see in the enlarged picture...

It clamps over the rear wheelquick release skewer and you snug the resistance unit against the tire.

My back tire is skipping in the trainer and I have played with the tension but it's still sticking

Some tires do this, the smooth drum does not have a good grip for a standard road tire.

The solution is to replace your tire with a trainer specific tire. There are several companies that make them. My favorite is Continental but Vittoria and others offer models as well. These tires use a special rubber that grips the drum better and lasts far longer than a standard tire.

#1 - Continental Ultra sport (indoor)
#2 - Tacx indoor trainer tire
#3 - Vittoria Zaffiro indoor trainer tire.

NOTE: THESE TIRES SHOULD NOT BE RIDDEN OUTSIDE ON THE ROADS. They are a special compound for the trainers and do not have enough grip for going around corners on the road.

Go to your local bike shop and get one, or have them order you one. It is better to use the one that comes with the trainer, they are not that expensive

You may need to remove the wheel, undo the quick release axle from the opposite side and then use the axle that comes with your trainer.
