Head bolt torque for ir. ss5 air compressor?

It's not that critical, use a torque wrench and make sure they are all evenly tightened like you would do with the head of a car engine. Use basic torque specs for the size bolt. That can be googled. Start with a lower setting on the torque wrench. Tighten the bolts in a pattern, then increase the torque setting and torque the bolts again.

Need to know what torque to apply to the head of the compressor 6HP-60Gal?

I don't find the VT618500AJ model listed in my manuals.
Measure the diameter of the bolt shaft, and find the Grade of bolt. Use the standard torque guide for that diameter, and grade of bolt,

Do Not apply anti-seize.
Install dry. Torque pattern is start with a middle bolt, criss-cross over, and use a spiral out pattern. (Advise go in three stage increments when torquing)

Torque specs for the head bolts on a GMC compressor

There are surely specs, but you should be able to feel the right tightness for these bolts. It's when the threads just begin to bend-- if you don't know this feeling, and can't find the torque specs, use 15- 20 ft. lbs.
