When streaming, a file that is too big will automatically reload youtube to access a clean cache. meaning it will erase internal ram memory to allow space for new memory. u may be able to raise the memory to allow more which would decrease the times it reloads

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Streaming Media and Automatic Refresh

While this feature can be useful to the webmaster, it is often annoying to the average web surfer who prefers a page to load more quickly.
What this does for a webpage is allow it to refresh content if you say, happen to be on a news site, or are checking the Stock market ETC.

But for those who like viewing streaming media, it can drive a person absolutely crazy with excessive commercials.

So here is how you can deal with it (In Firefox anyway)

The automatically refresh web pages feature can be annoying and irritating, can be disorienting due to sudden replacement of content, and probably a waste of bandwidth although some frequently and constantly updated content does deserve to be able to refresh automatically. If you’re not one who is in favor of web pages automatically refreshing, it’s possible to disable, block and prevent web pages from auto refreshing in Firefox.
How to Stop and Block web pages from Auto Refresh or Reload in Firefox
In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> General -> Accessibility section, and then tick the check box labeled as Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page.
Checking the option is equivalent to setting accessibility.block autorefresh preference setting in about:config to True.

How do i stop charms keep from constantly popping up?

Sounds like somebody put a nasty virus on your Pc known as Windows 8. Ha just kidding but it is lousy. I run Linux Mint so I don't have to deal with such junk. At the Microsoft Community others are talking about your issue , maybe you can get some answers there. Good Luck.

My picture is constantly being reloaded every few minutes and I can't the show - very annoying- why is this happening

If you are referring to content streaming from the internet, most common reason is a slow connection. A service like Netflix does give you the option of lowering the resolution being sent, so it does not need as much bandwidth. That is done by logging into you Netflix account settings on a computer. The other option is to get a higher bandwidth internet connect. You may want to talk to your internet supplier about what kind of bandwidth you need to do want you want. Ie, streaming show etc.

good luck :)

U tube videos keep stopping

If it is pausing and then playing again after a few moments, this is just a process called 'buffering'. It is allowing the player to download more of the video before it begins playing again. To eliminate this, pause the video at the beginning and wait for the red bar in the play track to fill all the way. This indicated that the video had completely loaded.
If the video will not play past a certain point, reload the page. Sometimes if a network connection refreshes during a video download, this issue will occur. If it happens continually, make sure you have a steady network connection.

Youtube videos play for a few seconds; stop; play a few seconds more. I have 2GB RAM. How can I get them to play smoothly?

Check your connection; Streaming issues are mostly caused by the Internet connection itself ; If the Internet is OK then it could be with the transmission of the Internet or Filter like Firewalls or router along the traffic.

You tube videos run foe 2 seconds & stop for

Sounds like a bandwidth problem -- a slow internet connection. The only other time I have seen a problem like this was when there was an issue with the motherboard, video card or sound card -- depending on the type of machine you have. To prove there is no issue with video and sound, place a dvd into the machine and ensure that runs properly. Assuming it does, then chances are you just have a poor internet connection.

Video streaming problem

Since it is only itv that seems to be having problems and checking the site myself where it reported that it was having problems instead of playing the selected clip, it is just going to be a matter of time until they resolve the issues. I don't know if it a hardware failure at their end or if they are having load problems, but chances are it is not an issue with your system.
