I don't understand the my printer was working perfect it pass the aliment but I turn off the printer for few weeks and now when I turn on my printer it won't print black it won't pass the

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

Displays "cannot clean" when installing new black cartridge.

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

Color printer prints only pink and black

Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

My printer is an Epson stylus colour 460. when i turn it on, all 3lights go on and the green light flashes. The printer then starts to print random symbols without me even asking it to print...

Chances are the main board is fried, but before you bin it, remove the USB cable from it then switch it on. If it continues to print the random data, then most likely it is toast. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
