Yo bro, I'ma tell you that I was here before, read your problem and this stupid answer beloew, and It didn't help. If you don't have a laptop, laso I can tell you that you don't have a sound card and you have multiple inputs, am I worng? Ok, what you have to do is go to the sound properties, there you'll have to go to the advanced settings, there you'll finde many options like "Front Green", "Front Pink", etc, in this case, as usual, REAR PINK and FRONT PINK are for the mic, so enable it, and then turn its volume up. Just take it easy with a bit of patience you'll nail it bro, regards.

The wires are shorting internaly, if they are a cheap pair of headphones throw them and buy some more, see if you can borrow another pair to double check but i am pretty sure this is what it would be. cheap headphones dont last very long as they are mass produced junk, please leave feedback

When i put the fm radio it display auto muting and doesnt have sound, this only happens with the radio because the dvd sounds ok

"Auto Muting" in the context of FM means the output will be muted if the signal is so weak it would result in mostly noise anyway. Interstation radio noise can be annoying and dangerous at high volumes.

Hi there, our amp is giving us very low sound output even when volume is turned up to maximum volume. We have been unable to find the remote and are wondering if the remote was turned right down would that...

I'd look at the front panel for the Mute Button and the Mute Indicator, but turn the volume down for any further investigations. If you can't hera the sound at 1/2 volume, it ain't there. No sense risking a sudden volume surge that will kill your speakers when you finally find the problem.

Also check the T-Mon Indicator. If it;s on you have the Tape selcted for listening instead of a source.

Volume/Mute Indicator: This

indicator will glow green when the

HK3270 is turned on. Its position

will enable you to judge the relative

volume of the unit even when the

speakers are muted or turned off.

When the indicator is pointing

towards the left, at an "8 o'clock"

position, the volume is low; when

it is pointing to the right, as in a

"3 o'clock" position, the volume is

loud. When the unit has been muted,

pressing the Mute button ïâthe
indicator will flash

My volume and mute button has stopped working all other buttons are functioning properly

Press the mute button and then turn up the volume button. If no sound still then press the mute button again. If we are talking about a Remote, then change the batteries.

Acertravelmate4000 got it used, don,t know how to turn off mute, turn on or up volume

The volume may be muted. In Windows, look at the volume
control (speaker) icon on the taskbar. If it is crossed-out, click on
the icon and deselect the Mute option.
The speakers may be turned off. Press Fn-F8 to turn the speakers
on (this hot key also turns the speakers off).
The volume level may be too low. In Windows, look at the volume
control icon on the taskbar.
Fn-? Volume up Increases the sound volume. Fn-? Volume down Decreases the sound volume.

If this helps u let me know
