Question about Braun Flex XP II 5790 Electric Shaver
I have had the shaver for a month, and now it will not charge. The unit is plugged in, I see the light inside the cleaner area, but the shaver will not charge.
Just take it back to the store where it was purchased and they will trade it for a "New" (Not broken) one. It's the holiday season and you have a week or two, on returns. There is a two year warranty on the product ( Braun 5790 ), if you want to go that route. You can contact the company @ 1-800-BRAUN-11, the person, "I" spoke with, was very nice and didn't act like I was a problem and she didn't try to just blow me off.
