NO 130V AND CANNT FIND TRANS. 7420 FOR TESTING

The most common problem for this on the Honda Accords is the distributor assembly. The ignition coil and igniter are inside of the distributor itself. These individual pieces can be replaced, but also come with the distributor assembly. This is your best option unless you want to go through the testing for the coil and igniter, which you need a lab scope or dwell meter to do correctly. If you would like the diagnostic flow chart, i would be happy to post that as well.

Your paid people have never diagnosed ,the lean condition you have.

If it points to MAF Sensor,new or old,why did they stop
testing. Don't have a Data Base they subscribe to?
Don't have that kind of diagnostic experience?

Need to see the system on paper, and follow a trouble
chart or use common sense.

Test or replace the run capacitor first. Then add a hard-start capacitor based on the motor size/hp. When checking pins on compressor remove all wires and test to chassis ground since this should be open circuit. Resistance between pins should be in the range of normal start and run windings, not less than 20 ohms on the start windings.

red brake light on, low fluid in resovior or park swicth is grd , trans light is on but you didnt say if it's trans or eng over heating, I wil assume it's trans, chech fiter in pan and cooler flow, possible restriction, remove rear cooler line to back of trans left side , stick a hose on it, put trans in nuetral, and start eng , should empty the fluid of trans in about 1 minute, nice good flow, jaust a trickle and you have a blocked cooler or lines. The L1 series chassi has had issues with the 130v Regulator IC and associated componets in the powersupply . This all I am able to help with.

The problem may be that the other company is running VoIP for their phone system. The Brother MFC 7420 is documented for not having VoIP compatibility as a marketed feature. In other words they were too cheap to include it. However, with that said there is a work around. I have include the link that may be helpful in resolving this issue.
