Hi there please follow the steps and let me know the result.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged & clean the battery connector point in side the battery compartment.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.
5. Now turn on camera( with out card ) and see ,if working then fix the memory card & again turn on the camera. If working then fine . Otherwise format the memory card and fix back in camera again & try. Make sure before format the memory card take a back up all photos in your computer then format. When ever i was taking pictures with my camera i droped it and the lens started to close and it said "lens obstructed" and now i can't take pictures.

Your lens might have been damaged, or the mounting was deformed. The best thing to do is to send your camera to the nearest authorized repair service center. Much better if you still have your receipt and claim the warranty.

Blinking circle when i try to take a picture

The camera is cannot confirm focus, so it locks up. Try changing the button on the lens to M. Manually focus the lens on something and take a picture. Move the button back to A (autofocus). It should work ok.
If not, try moving the switch back and forth several times to clean any corrosion.
Try another lens on it to determine if its the camera or the lens.

After a drop lens is not closing properly, photos are dim

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ...

Here's some things that you can do to try to correct it. They only seem to work for less than 50% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try:

The lens is cloudy

Well the lens gets mositure even when it's in the bag, it's because of the humidity.
what I usually do when it happens is I put it in a hot dry area, like in the sun or somthing like that so the water can vaporize.

Canon t70

Honestly, I just got a T70 on ebay for $15. Sounds like it's time to move on. I had an AE-1 for over 10 years but it just wasn't working and one has to weigh the cost of repair, the cost to replace it or upgrade to a modest digital camera.

Difference between flash image on camera screen and PC

martod,
Every picture looks good on the LCD since it's small, make sure you set your camera to flash, try ISO 200 and if the flash is TTL (thru the Lens) for digital it should adjust to the shot based on your other settings - I'm not familiar with that flash.
