HELP !
My Sanyo nvm 4370 gps screen flash on and off wen plug up tp car car charger and wen conect to computer canot find gps or flash drive comp says device canot start code10

    how it can be connected to a car charging and the computer together?
    when it includes in the car, it hangs!
    when it involves a computer, it hangs! and no system disk!

Pre charge the battery with the included charger not a phone charger. your battery is "too dead"

    you need to charge the unit with a more powerful charger before you connect it to your comp. USB will not have enought power to charge a GPS like it will do a phone

Your GPS battery is dried out, use the original car charger or one that can output at least 1.5 Amp.

Gps not turning on/starting


I have the same problem. It may have something to do with battery. Try to charge it via your car. Or get a Garmin and never buy a Sanyo GPS again.

I has to reset my sanyo easystreet nvm-4370 and all i get is the sanyo screen and the mass storgae device isn't recognized by the computer. is this the flash drive failure?


Sell it and buy a tom tom sanyo doesn't care they just want money the easiest way they can get it without backing there products as usual

When pluged into charger screen flashes on and OFF cannot get menu to come up


charger does not have enought power to charge the unit at a fast enought rate. Try a diff charger. one for a gps not a phone

Try connecting it first to you car charger. Turn it on and set it up. After that you can connect it to your USB

NVM-4370 shipped with one voice per language therefore you will not able to do so.

Main Menu -> Settings -> Language.

If your device still does not respond after performing "reset", disconnect all cables, including the car adaptor, from your device. Slide the battery ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the device to the OFF (left) position. Then slide it to the ON position again.
