Question about SmartDisk FireLite 60 GB Hard Drive
I have an external hard drive that was working fine until today. When i plug it in it lights up but will not successfully load on any computer. Is there anything I can do to get it to load, or at least get the data from the dive?
Try to use Computer Management, goto Start> Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer management> Disk Management. select volume or harddrive available where you want to open. If the harddrive not yet assigned a drive letter; please assign it and apply. Then right click and explore.
Hope this will be helpful, please rate my solution SOLVED!
