Question about Fargo Office Equipment & Supplies
I had the same issue with a DCT515. After doing a bunch of updates and getting no where I took the advice above and checked the o-ring. It was fine but there were some bits of plastic caught in the gears in the front of the machine that move the print head up and down. After cleaning them out with a pick and air can it started turning all the way round and now it works. Not sure how the plastic got in there but something to check.
