Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
There are no clogged nozzles, but one of my settings, and I don't know which one, is so far off that it looks good on the test sheet that gets printed out. The problem is that when printing with fine quality, everything gets printed double, like your eyes are slightly crossed and you can see two lines where there should be only one. When I print with regular quality, every three or four inches down the page, one of the lines of print will be distorted, with the top half of the letters an "I" width off from the bottom half. I have tried replacing the cartridge just in case I had a bad one, but it didn't fix the problem. The problem showed up after I had to restore my system to factory settings and reinstalled the printer. Please help! The print head alignment process doesn't seem to account for this type of misalignment. Is there a way to hard reset the printer to factory settings?
