Cannonc DR4010 c pulls thru all the pages at one time- it does not pull individually-

There is a switch, below the green LED light on the scanner, make sure it is in the down position for regular scanning. The Up position is the BYPASS setting to allow multiple pages that cannot be separated or thicker than usual documents to pass through. It will grab multiple pages from time to time if left in that position I have found. Hope it helps it helped us.

This is clear roller problem. Clean the rollers thoroughly witha damp cloth. The ****** rollers should ideally be cleaned in power-off mode. This should solve paper feeding problems. Check if the pages are dusty.
The rollers last for about 250,000 scans. If it has crossed this number, you need to change them.
