have 3d color.i have a 53 inch hitachi with magic focus but will not correct the problem. bought used and do not have remote that came with tv.please help!

If the magic focus doesnt correct the issue you will need to install the Convergence repair kit for your model. You should be able to get one at the following link. Leave them a email or call if you dont see your model as they add new kits everyday or two.
