Select "Activate Phone" from our website and follow the instructions to Activate your TracFone.
  • Why does my phone display "SIM card registration failed/Unregistered SIM" or "No Service"?
When your TracFone is turned on you may receive the message "SIM card registration failed", "Unregistered SIM", or "No Service" because your phone has not yet been Activated. Please disregard this message, it will disappear once your phone is Active.

Whenever SIM is inserted in Handset it shows "UNRegistered SIM" & that SIM works on all other Mobiles.

is it an unlocked phone? The "Unregistered SIM" message means that you're using a SIM card for which this phone is not intended. You will need to have the phone unlocked and it should work.

If it is a new fone then Phones are not shipped activated. You should look in the box for activation instructions. Read and follow them.
is that a prepaid sim then probably the sim has been deactivated...
