START UP PROBLEM

My computer is not switching on in first time when i press the power button nither keyboard led got switched on , it need 4-5 turn on & turn off steps to get the display on. but the processor fan is on each time.

You need to reset bios.
Open cpu cabinet and pull cmos cell from motherbord chipset for 15 minutes then all settings are factory defaults.
Aslo you can reset settings with jumper settings .
Refix your RAM memory. Refix processor.
Reattch ATX power supply to motherbord.
