sorry to say but most likely case is bad motor or turntable issue of some type. unless expensive unit cheaper to buy a new player.

tried to locate the manual with google, but unfortunately had no success. You could ask some specialized manual search engines, like here or here. The services are not for free, but most times worthy - saved my live more than once.

Hello Alfredo. turn on the tv and the DVD player. Use the tv remote and push the input key. When you do that you will see a list of choices. One of them is DVD. Click on it. That said, if that doesn't give you a picture from the dvd, go down through the list one item at a time and you will find it. Joe

Call 1-800-remotes, i used to work for McMahons furniture and when a customer lost a remote we would get them through these guys and the best but is if they dont have it they will make one for you.
